Autumn Leaves

The sun sets, summer’s gone
A new time has begun
From heavy shades to warm tones
It’s been a few years and I’ve grown
Summertime’s rough, it dries me out
But now I can let all my fears fall down
Rain-drenched, full of it
The drought is over, no more death stench

I’m falling for you like autumn leaves from a tree
New colours, that I have never seen

The chlorophyll fades, the energy comes
Some might say this leaf is a dead one
It’s more alive than ever, the pressure has turned into fervour
Depended on my tree, now I am set free
You are too, come on, come with me
We can be a new season

I’m falling for you like autumn leaves from a tree
New colours, that I have never seen

The prettiest rose can grown on its own
If you ever want to leave me, let me go
Don’t let me hanging on
Been hanging on too long
You’re the worst love-sick syndrome
I hope you fall

Fall for me like autumn leaves from a tree
New colours, that you have never seen

I’m falling for you like autumn leaves from a tree
New colours, that I have never seen
